In 1987, John founded Hanover Glass, a small-town glass shop based in Rockland, MA. Starting with smaller glass projects and windshield repairs, he quickly honed his skills in glasswork and glazing.
Over the years, Hanover Glass evolved into a full-service glass company, providing custom solutions nationwide for both residential and commercial installations. John's dedication to craftsmanship inspired his three sons—Ryan, Tyler, and Kyle—to join the business and carry on the family legacy full-time. Lisa, John’s sister-in-law, has managed the office operations since day one, and his eldest daughter, Mikaila, plays a key role in the company’s day-to-day functions.
